　　幫助委托人進行運輸活動的組織，具體內容有：涉及運輸路線，選擇運輸方式和承運人，協調貨主、承運人以及其倉儲保管人、保險人、銀行、港口、機場、車站、堆場經營人、海關（商檢，衛檢，動植檢）、進出口管制等相關部門的關系；
